how to know owner of the created assets?

I want to know the owner for created assets and trasaction id's of created assets..

You can subscribe to an asset and then use listassettransactions to browse all the transactions performed that involve it. But there is not currently a way in MultiChain to query all balances of an asset, if you want to include addresses that have not been imported into the wallet.
