Multichain Explorer 2 features

In the previous version we were able to create addresses, streams, reassign permissions, etc. Now it seems in Explorer 2 you cant do any of this and is read-only of the current blockchain status. Am I missing something? How can I do what we did in the previous version?

I think you're talking about the MultiChain Web Demo, which is a separate product, and provides the functionality you're looking for. The Explorer has always been read-only.
