Send data to a specific address

How can i send data to a specific address in Multichain. I want to do it without using asset's meta-data parameter.

There is no direct notion of sending data to an address in MultiChain, because you send data to the blockchain. Do you mean data that only certain addresses can read? If so you should use encryption and ensure that only the owner of that address has the decryption key. Or did you mean something else?
