how to use the balance in each node which is gain by mining?
is this transferable to a custom asset?

how i can mine that will gain a specific asset i issued to a specific address?

Miners only earn the native blockchain currency, not an asset issued on the chain. However it is possible to use the atomic exchange mechanism for the native currency to be exchanged for an asset, if there is someone on the other side who agrees.
