Multichain Explorer Wrong Asset Address Balance

+1 vote
I have a problem with the balance of an address, in the node the correct balance appears, but in the explorer appears a totally wrong value, to exceed the total amount of the asset.

Has anyone ever had this kind of problem? Do you know how to solve it?

Are you sure that the Explorer is up-to-date with the latest block in the chain?

Yes, what it presents is not a smaller value, but an unreal value, because I only have 1.000.000.000 of this asset, but in the address have more than 2,000,000,000, that only in the explorer in the node the value is correct.
One question that I analyze is that this address is the one that makes the most transactions, does the explorer have lost me some moment? The more interesting I create a new explorer and the error remains and still with larger values.
Are you able to send us the directory for this blockchain, so we can take a look at the problem? If so please stop the node, create a .zip file of the blockchain directory, and send it to multichain dot debug at gmail dot com.
Yes, I can send, but I believe that the problem is not in the blocks but in the code of the Multichain Explorer and it is lost in the time of generating the balance due to many transactions
Yes, the problem is almost definitely in the Explorer. But in order to debug it we would need a copy of your blockchain contents, so we can run it against the Explorer and see where the problem is arising.
Okay, email sent, For now, thank you.
Thank you, we'll take a look as soon as possible.
Thanks for your patience. We believe we have fixed this issue. Please take a look at the latest version of the MultiChain Explorer in Github.
