Does the amount of currecy created change the time to halving ?

Is this taken care of in an automated way with Multichain. If the created amount of currency is changed do you have to change the mining rewards block time and mining difficulty ?

These parameters are all controlled separately, so it's chosen by you when you set up the chain. Please see the 'Native blockchain currency' section on this page:
