Would MultiChain work with CryptoNote based blockchains?

Is Multichain only compatible with Bitcoin/BTC forks or clones or would it work with other cryptocurrencies like Scrypt of CryptoNote?? Thanks!

I'm afraid MultiChain doesn't currently support the CryptoNote extensions to the bitcoin protocol. In general MultiChain's primary use cases are in permissioned blockchains where this is less in demand.
