Asset Ref is null for Asset Transfer Transaction

I can confirm Asset Ref is not null for Issuance Transaction. However it is null for Transferring to other addresses. When I check gettotalbalances 0 for the recepient address I can see the Balance. Further, I can confirm Mining is on.

Can you please post a transcript of what you mean by "I can confirm Asset Ref is not null for Issuance Transaction".

Mining had stopped on the additional nodes.

Restarted the nodes and problem resolved automatically.
