Just want to find out that is the JSON-RPC call api in multichain is compitable with the bitcoin core?

Yes, MultiChain's API is backwards compatible with Bitcoin Core, but adds a lot of additional functionality on top. But the exception is the "accounts" mechanism, which is to be deprecated in bitcoin anyway. This is all explained in depth on the API docs page:
