can we transfer quantity from one asset to another multichain

Hi,

I have a such requirement where I need to transfer quantity from one asset(Address 1) to another asset (Address2)

Any help would be great!

Are you trying to send some assets within one blockchain (which is straightforwards) or something else? If the latter, please explain in more detail.
