I think the question would have to be a bit more specific, but here's one idea: A message signed by a PKI certificate claiming ownership of a blockchain address, can be embedded in a stream, and this would create a proof-of-identity for the address which was referenced in (and which published) that item. So blockchain identities could be provably associated with PKI certificate holders.
