i'm confused about fee

Hello multichain dev,

i'm confused about fee, this is my question :

1. if my native currency is disabled, so there no fee when i send asset to other address?

2. mining just enable if native currency enabled?

3. is asset can't be mining?

1. Yes, if there is no native currency, then there can be no fees.

2. If you want to use proof-of-work mining in an open network, you should have an incentive based on native currencies, otherwise why would anyone work hard to secure your chain?

3. I'm not sure what you mean by the third question.
