Does Multichain support only PoW or PoW/PoS both?

It supports proof-of-work or a permission-based consensus scheme. There's no support currently for proof-of-stake.

Is there any scope if I start my blockchain with PoW algorithm and later can start with PoS?

You can do whatever you like if you're willing and able to modify the MultiChain source code, but this kind of transition is not supported in the product currently.
