I have created two assets: Can I restrict the second asset so that you need a permission to send it? How?

For example, you can send money (asset #1) to anybody without permission but you need a permission to send asset #2 to anyone.

Not yet, but this feature is coming as part of the MultiChain 2.0 roadmap.
