can you please tell me how this is possible since on the second node the the wallet and addresses are different .

Yes. Wallet and addresses are node specific, but the transactions from the node are propagated to the chain and maintained in all the nodes of blockchain to achieve the immutability and tracebility. Please note that this is the basic concept of blockchain and it's the same in all or most of the blockchain technologies.
