Multichain: How to change the difficulty of mining?

Question

The standard difficulty of blockchain mining is probably 6e-08 (0.00000006).

How to change this value?

I do not see such an option in the params.dat file.

Can this value be altered freely after the blockchana create?

If you are running a proof-of-work blockchain, the difficulty will automatically adjust to maintain the desired value of target-block-time, so long as target-adjust-freq is greater than zero.
