The multichaind chain1@192.168.8.112:4781 Worked on Second Server running multichaind, as su.

Maybe there are some requirements about user permissions that need to be set.

The default .multichain directory for MultiChain is inside the user directory so you won't have a problem running MultiChain under multiple users simultaneously on a single server. You only need to use the -datadir runtime parameter if you're running multiple nodes for the same chain under a single user account.
