The reason i want to change my node address ("chain1@10.140.0.3:4331", )
is because it is using the internal ip address of my google compute service.
i want to use the External IP address provided by google.
I tried connecting to the External IP address but i get this error:
"Retrieving blockchain parameters from the seed node 10.140.0.3:4331 ...
Error: Couldn't connect to the seed node 10.140.0.3 on port 4331 - please check multichaind is running at that address and that your firewall settings allow incoming connections."
