Error in starting node

i am running a MultiChain 2 Community with Support node on azure. I stopped the node by clicking the button on multichain dashboard. 
 

Now it is not restarting the node.

I tried to run the command multichain [chain-name] -daemon but it gives me an error : ERROR: Parameter set for blockchain tdcmulchain is not complete.
