I created a chain in my system and also connected with other nodes in another system. While the second system is closed or the node did'nt started and I am sending some amount of a asset then that amount is deducting from my account and when that node started there also he got the updated amount but when I stop my node and the second node transferring amount then money is deducting from his account after that I am checking in my system but in my node the amount is not updated. After that I found a solution from your Q&A for restating the server with -miningrequirespeers=0. but we are restarting the node each and every time form both the end after each transaction otherwise the amount is not reflecting.
