How can I use Stream Read Restrictions such that retrieving items is visible only to nodes with appropriate permissions?

I am a student trying to use the community Multichain edition. I saw that the Enterprise commercial version has got this feature. But in a community version, if I want to do some experiment with it for my academic research, how is it possible? I am trying to compare different permissioned blockchains.
