Trying to do getting started with 2 Vagrant boxes

So I'm using Vagrant on top of VirtualBox. VirtualBox by default sets the network eth0 to some default ip. And if I bring up 2 separate VMs both have the same ip. I admit I get a little confused with the network settings on VMs. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Use local networking(in networking) in Virtualbox in which it acts like a DHCP server. But the virtual box will not have internet access.
