transfer of metadata, document and hash signature

Hi we have created an application over Multichain, 2.3 and 2.4

 

we are hashing offchain and on-chain documents, these documents are stored in common streams for each individual-user-based wallets which are created on signup.

we have also created assets, which are transferable between wallets. My question is can we transfer the "documents, metadata or access rights"  from one wallet to another.

Can you please explain what exactly you want to transfer? If data is on a blockchain, it is there for all to read, so there is no meaningful sense in which it can be transferred from one user to another.
