I have BitcoinWallet Compilation error : Exception during program initialization

I have a problem with the executable bitcoinWallet-3.0.1.jar: 

Exception during program initialization

java.lang.NullPointerException

java.util.Hashtable.put(Hashtable.java:460

java.util.Properties.setProperty(Properties.java:166)

java.lang.System.setProperty(System.java:796)

org.ScripterRon.BitcoinWallet.Main.main(Main.java:125)

I'v got these lib files:
