If I create multisignature with 5 nodes So, data should signed by all the nodes??

Am I right??

When you create a multisignature you can decide how many of the addresses in the multisig have to sign it, in order to make it valid. It could be 5-of-5, but it could also be 1-of-5. So the answer depends on that.
