Yes, it supports some of the GPU mining-related APIs of Bitcoin Core. Run multichain-cli <chain-name> help to see the mining APIs which are available. Note however that in permissioned blockchains, for which MultiChain is primarily designed, there is no value in "mining" in terms of proof-of-work.
