Mining for hours but receive no coin

Hello. I'm mining a coin using multichain sourcecode

I am mining more than 24 hours (24/24) but my balance still 0.

It's hard for us to comment intelligently on a network/blockchain that someone else set up. But one peculiarity here is that they have left target-adjust-freq=-1 which means the blockchain will not automatically adjust its difficulty based on the other miners participating. But you need to ask them about it.
