Hi, i'm interesting about, is it real to mine on different mining soft? for example CGMiner

I'm think, if someone one to make cryptocurency, in usual owner allow to mine this coins

If you're using MultiChain for a proof-of-work blockchain (which is not the most common way that it's used, but still possible) then yes, you can use external mining software in the same way as you can for Bitcoin Core.
