on the other node , i need to use multichain-cli.exe. which command should i use for the node 2  or for node 2 i should create a new multichain ..

for them to be part of one network, i believe the multichain  name has to be same right?

If you want to run two nodes on one computer, you need to use the datadir option (in both multichaind and multichain-cli) to ensure that the two nodes are using completely separate directories. Each node needs an instance of multichaind running – if you're on Windows, these need to be in separate command prompt windows. In addition you need a separate command prompt window to run multichain-cli to access either node.
