Nested multisig possible?

Question

I have a use case where funds should be transferred only if:

1 of (A1, A2) signs

and

3 of (B1, B2, B3, B4, B5) sign

This looks like a 2-of-2 multisig address, where each address is in turn a multisig one.

Does Multichain support this?

I looked into it for Bitcoin and it seems that the answer is no, so I'm guessing the answer is similar here.
