Record/log of all queries made on chain

Question

Is there a way to get a record of all past queries on the chain i.e. get similar transaction data but for a query not a data insertion? we want to create an audit trail of usage on chain

There's no functionality like this built into MultiChain. And please note that it's not possible to do this in a fully secure way, since each node executes its own queries locally and could always delete this audit trail, or be modified to not write to it.
