Suggestion : SSL certificate for multichain.com

+1 vote

Little suggestion: you might want to add a non self-signed SSL certificate for your multichain.com (+www.multichain.com) domain, e.g. provided for free by Let's Encrypt. I personally don't really like to log on the forum over HTTP. angel

Thanks for the suggestion – in the meantime you can still use the site over https without the recognized certificate, and your credentials wlll be encrypted in transit.

FYI the switchover to using https/SSL is complete.

Hey that is great news, but I think it is still important for you to provide a shasum of the tar file so that it can be verified that it has not been modified in transit after being downloaded. Even over SSL this is an issue to be concerned with.

EDIT: This was supposed to be for a different thread, sorry.
