Multichain-cli

Question

I'm able to connect to nodes. When i'm running "multichain-cli chain1" in second node, i am able to enter into interactive mode. But in first node , i'm not able to enter into interactive node.I'm getting usage,options,ssl options details .. I just want to create new assets by using issue.If i tried the same in second node, i am getting the error as " No wallet permission to create issue".
