You can see the transactions performed by a particular node using the listtransactions API call. MultiChain doesn't yet have a built-in way to browse a log of all transactions on the blockchain. However we (and possibly others) are working on adapting an open source bitcoin blockchain explorer to provide a nice web-based interface for doing exactly this.
