How to fix "http 403 Forbidden" when trying to run web-demo with apache2 ?

Question

1. Multichain is running as daemon and its name is chain1.
2. On the first screen the web-demo can see the name of the blochain (chain1);
3. When clicking on the blockchain name (on the second screen), the error message http 403 appears on the main screen of the web-demo. In all fields this error message appears. Any idea ? Thanks.
