Is it possible to create a testnet in Multichain

Since MultiChain is generally used for permissioned blockchains that are not open to the public to use and the "chain-is-testnet" parameter is there for backward compatibility with bitcoin core. Is it even possible to create a testnet in Multichain?

You can make any number of blockchains with MultiChain, and you can decide for yourself whether one is a testnet or not. So the issue is not really so relevant – all the chain-is-testnet parameter does is control the testnet value in the response to API calls like getinfo.
