Critical bug with issue asset

Hello again, i have found a bug with issueing assets where i get feedback after issueing :

"Destination address doesn't have receive permission"
since i had this thing before i immediately granted the permissions again and tried the issue command again, same thing happened. then i did "getnewadress" and granted that address all permissions and tried with the new adress and same thing happened.

Now i know that sometimes it takes a while to propagate the permissions so just to be sure i triplechecked by trying to issue to an adress that i am already issueing assets to from another server and sure enough again it gave me the same error "Destination address doesn't have receive permission".

after the third case i realised there is definitly a bug with the multichain on node 5 because 9 other nodes are issueing assets normally and this one keeps giving me the same error no matter which adress i use.

i will add a zipped debug.log if you need it.

after restarting the node it started working fine. (i saved the log before restarting)

For this and your other question I'm going to put you in touch with the dev team, because there seems to be something about what you're doing that is uncovering a well-hidden bug.
