Just found multichain, trying to take my blockchain platform from idea/written plan to building it

I have been into blockchain and cryptocurrency since around 2012. I'm very knowledgeable about it as a whole but I have zero coding or development experience. I know that there are probably countless "I have a great idea" stories and that probably gets tiring, so I apologize in advance.

I have an undergrad degree in finance, a law degree and a pretty diverse background of work experience, so I'm definitely capable of figuring things out and working with people who have different skill sets. My passion is law and I have been piecing together a blockchain platform for the last 6 to 8 months that, when operational, will absolutely revolutionize the legal field and fix many of the biggest problems that it has. My problem is I can't figure out a way to get this project off the ground and built.

I came across multichain and read through a good amount of material and there is clearly a great deal of information here. I'm hoping that someone can point me in the right direction. I'm not quite yet desperate but I'm getting very close.

Any advice or feedback is greatly appreciated. I'm willing to do whatever it takes to educate myself as much as humanly possible with this, but I think it's safe to say that getting a plan of action based on what needs to be accomplished and in what order and then utilizing people who are professionals in this field to put everything together, is by far a stronger approach than me doing trial and error in the most inefficient manner possible.

You actually didn't ask us anything so I can't answer. Please provide a reasonable question and I'll do my best to help you.
