SSL for both Web Demo + Explorer

How on earth can you setup a free ssl certificate like Certbot to run both on Apache2 (port 80) for the Multichain Demo and for port 2750 (Multichain Explorer). Seems like you have to pick one or the other? No clear solution on Google it seems
