Tunnelling multichan port communication

does it make sense tunnelling "multichaind communication tcp port" in a scenario of internet distributed nodes?

I'm not sure I understand the question, but if you want to run MultiChain peer-to-peer connections over a tunnel, you are welcome to do so and it should work fine. You associate the exit of the tunnel to the node address, and then connect from somewhere else to the entrance of the tunnel rather than that node address.
