Assets names lower case only?

Hi, thanks for the update that supports asset re-issue.

How come you enforce lowercase on asset names (wasn't the case pre alpha 17).

Thanks, while you're at it, is there any way possible to "open" an asset issued pre-alpha 17?

I can see that "open":true is required to be able to re-issue assets, but could be good if it was possible to re-issue old assets that were issues without "open":true.

Confirmed this is a bug, but in the output of listassets only, introduced in the last alpha. So your database will be correct and we'll fix it in the next alpha.
