Hello! I just went to the British Airways Boston Office with my friends, and I must say, it was such a wonderful experience. We had some rather involved booking changes, and the office staff made everything so much simpler for us. The staff was not just friendly but also extremely knowledgeable and efficient. What I was most impressed with was the way they treated us as a group.
