Hi there, Honestly, I cannot say enough good things about the United Airlines Doha Office. I found myself stuck when I missed my connection owing to a weather holdup and did not have very much time at all to come up with the next step to take. The staff in the Doha office went way out of their way to book my ticket anew, ensure that my luggage was redirected, and even advised on where exactly I could stay overnight. They took care of everything with kindness and urgency, which actually helped alleviate my stress. It's not often you see such great customer service these days, let alone with airlines, so I really appreciated the effort they made. Strongly recommend going to the Doha office if you require genuine, face-to-face assistance. United Airlines is fortunate to have such a committed team here!
