Any good technical document to improve initial setting

Question

According to "Once the blockchain is initialized,these parameters cannot be changed."

any detial document can improve us to make a good decision to initial the setting is good for any

special project ? if we have built a blockchain system after a period of time, we think that some 

setting need to change, which parameter can adjustment, which can't?? or all the params.dat can't 

change? 

In above case, if everything can't change, we just delete all files that we created then re-run it can 

re-build a new system and use the same chain name us the above case??

Good timing! We just published a series of recommendations for the blockchain parameters in a production system. See the last section here: http://www.multichain.com/developers/blockchain-parameters/

In MultiChain 1.0 it's not possible to change these parameters once a blockchain is started, but MultiChain 2.0 (now in development) will enable many parameters to be changed by administrator consensus. So for now in 1.0 if you need to change those parameters you would indeed need to start a new chain.

Very good..when the Multichain 2.0 is expected to release... and hope that the  request for saving the locked assets as part of the wallet's state in disk is considered for this release.. currently the lock occurs in memory, released on restart.
