If I am modifying MultiChain's source code to change the hash algorithm and create a custom version for myself, what part would I change?

unable to see the custom fields under asset

I created asset with custom fields, but when i listasset with verbose, i dont see the custom fields, can you please help

Set custom timestamp on transactions

Would it be possible to set the timestamp of a transaction to a custom date that i set?

This is for legacy transactions on a system where the system is already running for longer than 6 months and some form of catch up of data to the BlockChain must be done.

I would like to set the timestamp to reflect the actual dates that are in my local database or will this have to be done with custom data fields instead?

Asset with a custom field varying with each transaction

I am trying to create an asset with variable custom fields. The custom field can be something like interest rate or maturity date which should not be static (cannot be defined when we issue the asset). Can I have the custom field value to be updated when the transaction happens? For example, I will need the maturity date to be T+30, where T is the transaction date.

Is something of this sort possible with Multichain?

I am just starting out with Multichain. Please help.

Custom field throws "Invalid extra-params, expecting object" error

I know the problem is with custom field, most likely its format, since if I omit it, it works fine.

Can you help, what type of Java object is it expecting> Can you give a sample custom field value?
