I am going to make my private coin, so I need to know if I am able to make my coin (should part of it to be pre-mine) and make wallet as well with its blockchain.

Hi Multichain Devs,

In my case an application will have one wallet and many addresses, i.e each address is an user. Here do I have to give permission to some address to mine? When is mining is required.

NOTE: The application doesn't deal with any coins.
