Apply consesnus to add new nodes

Is there a possibility to add (grant connect permission to new nodes ) node through a consensus mechanism involving multiple nodes in multichain?

Is it possible to add new permisson voting for connect permission?

As it stands, only upgrade, admin, activate, mine, create and issue permissions can be voted to be granted or revoked by a percentage of the blockchain's admins.

I was wondering if we could add admin-consensus-connect to the list. This would help make the chain more secure by removing the threat of a single admin crippling it buying removing all connect permissions for other nodes while maintaining the ability to remove any malicious nodes

Connect permisson delima

Hello,

I've been experimenting with MC and I encountered this scenario: Any of the admin nodes on a a network can solely throttle it by just revoking the connect permission to all the other nodes.

I tried to look for a way to limit such a behaviour (something like admin-consensus-connect) but I couldn't find any, and in the scenario I am trying to build, I require multiple admin nodes in order to avoid a single point of failure.

Looking forward to your thoughts on the matter

About multichain administrator attack

hi,

If we use administrator to give permission to all other nodes in blockchain, then it would be a kind of centralized system. And if the administrator is attacked/ hacked or controlled by the attacker then there will be a single point of failure as in case of centralized system. How can we handle this problem in multichain? In "<a href="https://www.multichain.com/developers/permissions-management/"" rel="nofollow">https://www.multichain.com/developers/permissions-management/" at section "Permissions consensus"; it states that "Depending on the blockchain parameters, a single administrator may not be able to grant or revoke admin, activate, mine, issue or create permissions on their own. Instead, a number of administrators are required to agree on the same change, and only then is it applied. This ensures that a single rogue administrator is not able to unilaterally decide who has the right to perform the blockchain’s most critical tasks....."

Does this mean we need to have multiple administrators in a single chain of multichain? or there will me multiple administrator in a single blockchain.

My goal is to have multiple parallel blockchain with each blockchain in each province of the country for example.

Can you please clarify on this issue? Than you.
